Beastly Beauty Pageant

I went to this event at CHS. This show where guys are dressed like girls and can win a scholarship for college. That was super funny. I went there with Toni (Antonia) my German friend from my HighSchool. Also the Sparklers danced and they're really good.

Cold in Texas

I never thought it could snow in Texas !!! The temperature is very low and the snow and ice are everywhere. I went to Lisa's house for a weekend and we had to stay home because of the ice. Also I missed a few school days because it was closed because of the snow. We made some snow ice-cream and that's delicious !! Snow, vanilla and sweetened milk.

Pageant

Emily and me are competing in a pageant for Miss Teen Fort Worth!! It will be on March 15th. So excited about this new experience!!

Valentine's Day

I didn't have a boyfriend for this Valentine's Day but my adorable host parents made me a surprise one this day!! Then I hungout with a friend and went to the movies.

Leanna

I went to Dwell, a little coffee shop with a few friends to watch Leanna singing. That was the first time I heard her singing and she's is super good !! That was impressing.

Mathilde's Birthday

Mathilde, my French friend living in Denton, Tx invited me to her birthday! So I went to Denton in her host family to spend the night with her and her friends.
That was fun! We made some smores (marshmallow, chocolate and biscuit) over on bonfire and played pool.

Babyshower

I went to my first babyshower. Melissa, my Rotary counselor is expecting a baby and had a babyshower for the future baby Brooklyn.
Everything was pink and pretty!!

Tulsa

We had a big meeting with more than 200 other exchange students from the States surrounding Texas.  That was an amazing weekend!!! We went to Tulsa, Oklahoma in a hotel. There we were divided into little groups of 3 to 5 people and host families from there came to welcome us for the night. I was with a girl from Austria and another one from Denmark. They were very nice! We went to a very good Mexican restaurant on the Friday night than came home, played games and watched a movie together. Then on Saturday we went shopping and came back to the hotel with the other students. On Saturday night, we had a big and good dinner with presentation of our countries and then a lock-in!! That was my first one and that was super fun. We stayed up all night and left on Sunday morning to go back to Texas !!! That was probably one of the best weekend of my exchange. I met so many people ... <3

Mexican Rodeo

I went to my first real Rodeo and that was a Mexican one! Very impressive and fun. I saw some bull riding, horse riding, dances, shows ... A very good experience that I lived with Delight, her mom Joyce and a few friends of Joyce. Some very nice ladies!! I also had my first burrito and saw my first longhorn.
